This is a super marketable film that’s also a really fun read! The writers do a great job with balancing the many elements and characters presented here, all while introducing us to a unique world, and adding in witty dialogue and a fun central female friendship that makes you feel like part of the team. Further, it’s thematically solid with an uplifting message that subverts our expectation with what you’d expect from a film like this. Thus, the writers should be proud of this though; it’s a great showing well on its way to being an undeniable in the marketplace.
